- Connect an Amazon Store
- Connect a Shopify Store
- Then contact Support to request product catalog import if you have many products. We typically recommend syncing with Amazon, but if Shopify has more complete product data or generates most of your volume, we can sync with Shopify instead. You can only sync products with one or the other, not both.

After Your Inbound is Received:
- Check "Your Partners with Inventory" page to confirm inventory is live and verify quantities are showing correctly in Cahoot
- Request Cahoot to activate your sales channel connections - submitting the connect store form does not automatically make the connection live
- Wait for confirmation that connections are turned on
- If you have unshipped orders, provide the date from which Cahoot should import orders
- After connection confirmation: manually update inventory levels in your connected sales channels
- Turn on your listings in sales channels

Daily Order Management for Network Sellers:

Key Daily Tasks:
- Monitor sales channels twice daily for stuck orders
- Handle "Invalid Address" orders requiring your attention
- Check for integration errors and contact support if needed
Test Each Connected Sales Channel:
- Place test orders on each approved sales channel (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Verify orders are importing into Cahoot within 30-45 minutes
- Confirm orders show correct status progression in Cahoot
- Check that tracking information is sent back to the sales channel
- Verify tracking appears correctly in the sales channel
What to Test:
- Single item orders
- Multi-item orders (if applicable)
- Different SKUs across your product range
- Orders from each connected sales channel
If Issues Are Found: Contact Cahoot Support immediately with details about:
- Which sales channel the test order came from
- Order number and details
- What specifically isn't working (import, tracking, etc.)
- Screenshots of any error messages
