Help Center and AI Chat Bot
The Cahoot Help Center is the fastest way to find answers on your own. Browse articles by topic or use the AI chat bot to search the knowledge base for relevant information.
If the chat bot cannot fully resolve your question, it can direct you to create a support ticket for human assistance.
Submit a Support Ticket
Submitting a ticket is the primary way to get help from the Cahoot Support Team. This is the best option for technical support, account questions, and urgent issues.
1Click Request Support from the Help menu in the top-right corner of your Cahoot Account.
2Fill out the ticket form with as much detail as possible (see below).
3For urgent issues, mark your ticket as Urgent or High Priority so the support team can prioritize it.
What to Include in Your Ticket
Providing detailed information helps the support team resolve your issue with their first response.
- Clear subject line describing the issue
- Category selection (Orders, Account Settings, API, Billing, Other)
- Detailed description of the problem
- Cahoot Order IDs if applicable
- Tracking numbers for shipping issues
- Screenshots or error messages
- Steps to reproduce the issue
Work Order and Inbound Conversations (Network Sellers)
Network Sellers can use the conversation panel on specific work orders or inbounds for real-time communication about that shipment. This is the best way to ask questions about receiving status, report issues, or get updates on a specific inbound.
1Navigate to your specific work order or inbound in Cahoot.
2Use the conversation panel to discuss receiving status, ask questions, or address issues.
Manage Your Tickets
Any user logged into your Cahoot Account can view and manage support tickets by selecting Manage Tickets from the Help dropdown menu.

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST (Limited Support)
- Sunday: Closed
