Printing Shipping Labels

Printing shipping labels in Cahoot is very straightforward. After labels are created, the order status will change to Shipping Label Ready, which means your labels are ready to be printed. This article will show you the basics of printing shipping labels in Cahoot.

Step by Step Guide

1. In the Cahoot dashboard, click the Label Ready number or go to Print and Ship My Orders in the top navigation.

2. Click the Print button drop down and select Print Packing Slip & Shipping Labels to print all auto-created labels.

Note: Cahoot default pagination on the bulk print page is 200 orders, so printing "all labels" will be limited to the 200 on this page that are in Shipping Label Ready status.

Note: There could be some orders you need to review manually. For example, Cahoot cannot auto-create labels for orders with Invalid Addresses, orders missing Package Data, etc.

3. Click Print to send all your shipping labels (and packing slips if configured as such) to your printer.

Note: Upon label creation, Cahoot sends the tracking information to your integrated sales channels and will update the order status as shipped, which in turn, typically notifies your customer that the order is shipped, (depending on sales channel and your account settings).
