Cahoot allows you to customize your packing slips and set their default sort order as a global setting. On the Settings > Packing Slip tab you will see two sections, Packing Slip Header and Packing Slip Footer. Here, you can customize the messaging in each section.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to Settings.

2. Then navigate to the Packing Slip tab.

3. Add your custom messaging to the Header or Footer sections.

4. Lastly, there are 10 drop down options for the Packing Slip Default Sort setting that you can use to customize your packing slips. All of your orders in the Shipping Label Ready grid will appear in the default sort order you choose, which is also the same order they will print.

5. After you click Save, the customized packing slip and default sort will be applied to all of your orders.
