How to Reprint Shipping Labels
Learn how to reprint shipping labels when you need duplicate copies of already-printed labels. Reprinting is useful when labels are damaged, lost, or need to be printed again for any reason.
Reprint labels when you need a duplicate of an already-printed label due to:
- Printer Issues: Printer ran out of paper or ink during printing
- Damaged Labels: Label was damaged (dropped sticky side down, torn, smudged, etc.)
- Lost Labels: Label was lost or misplaced
- Multiple Copies: Need additional copy for your records or multiple packages
What Reprinting Does:
- ✅ Creates an exact duplicate of the existing label
- ✅ Uses the same tracking number
- ✅ Does NOT change order status
- ✅ Does NOT send new customer notifications
- ❌ Does NOT allow you to make corrections
Use bulk reprinting when you need to print multiple labels at once - useful after printer jams or when processing batches.
Step-by-Step Process
1Go to Orders → Shipped.
2Select the Your Shipments tab.
3Use the checkboxes to select multiple orders that need reprinting.
4Click Reprint Packing Slip & Shipping Label or use the dropdown for more options.
- Reprint Packing Slip & Shipping Label: Prints both documents together
- Reprint Packing Slip Only: Just the packing slip
- Reprint Shipping Label Only: Just the shipping label
Use individual reprinting when you only need to reprint one specific order's label.
Step-by-Step Process
1Find and open the Sales Order page for the shipped order that needs reprinting.
2On the Order Details page, click the dropdown arrow next to the Print Packing Slip button.
3Select your reprint option from the dropdown menu.
4The label will be sent to your printer automatically.
If your team uses Barcode Scan Verification workflows, you can also reprint labels through the scan verification process.
