Cahoot provides standard packaging materials (boxes, bubble mailers, & poly bags) to ship your orders. Cahoot will use the most appropriate packaging for each shipment at its discretion. 

Below is the list of standard packaging available across Cahoot fulfillment centers. 

• Boxes
• Mailers
• Ready to Ship

Standard Boxes

Box sizes may vary according to the availability at each location. All Cahoot boxes are standard 32 ECT Corrugated Boxes. 

Standard Mailers

Bubble mailers differ from poly mailers, as bubble mailers have bubble wrap padding on the inside, while poly mailers do not.

Original Manufacturer Packaging (OMP)

Original Manufacturer Packaging (aka "Read-to-Ship" or "Ship in Own Container") is a packaging option that allows a product to be shipped directly to the customer in its original packaging, as it arrived at Cahoot. 

• Products shipping as OMP must have at least 6 inches by 4 inches on any given side to fit a shipping label.
  
  
• By default, multiple OMP items on the same sales order (multi-qty or multi-line) will be auto-split into parent & child orders.
  
  
• For each item shipping as OMP, select Ready to Ship As Is in the Product Editor under the Suggested Packaging drop-down. 

Additional Notes: 

• To ensure your products are packed correctly, enter accurate item dimensions and weights in the Product Editor for each item. Inaccurate product data will cause pricing and shipping inconsistencies.
  
  
  
• The list of packaging used for shipping your orders can be found in the Package Manager tab under your profile settings.
  
  
  
• Important: Do not make any changes to the Package Manager Data for your items.
