Customizing Packing Slips
Cahoot allows you to customize your packing slips and set their default sort order as a global setting. On the Settings > Packing Slip tab you will see two sections, Packing Slip Header and Packing Slip Footer. Here, you can customize the messaging in each section.
Step-by-Step Guide
1Go to Settings.
2Navigate to the Packing Slip tab.
3Add your custom messaging to the Header or Footer sections.
4Lastly, there are 10 drop down options for the Packing Slip Default Sort setting that you can use to customize how to display the list of orders on the Print and Ship My Orders page, which is also the order in which they will be printed in bulk.
Note: Using Order Filters on the Print and Ship My Orders page will override the Packing Slip Default Sort until you refresh the page.
5After you click Save, the customized packing slip and default sort will be applied to all of your orders.
