Finding Your Cahoot Order ID
To ensure fast support resolution for order-related issues, you'll need to provide your Cahoot Order ID when submitting a ticket. This unique identifier helps our support team quickly locate and address your specific order concerns.
Your Cahoot Order ID is different from your sales channel order number (also called a Marketplace Order ID). The Marketplace Order ID is the order number from your sales channel (e.g., Amazon order 112-1234567-7485051). Use any of the methods below to look up your Cahoot Order ID.
Quick Access Method
Look up your Cahoot Order ID directly using your Marketplace Order ID (sales channel order number).

3The Cahoot order page will load with your order details, including the Cahoot Order ID. Include this ID when submitting a support ticket.
All Orders Report
Search for your order using your Marketplace Order ID in the All Orders report.
1Navigate to Orders > All Orders.
2Paste your Marketplace Order ID (sales channel order number) into the top filter and click Go.
3Click on the order to view the Cahoot Order ID in the order details.
Find Cahoot Order ID by Tracking Number
If you only have a tracking number, use the Shipped Orders report to locate the corresponding Cahoot Order ID.
1Navigate to Orders > Shipped Orders.
2Paste your tracking number into the top filter.
3Make sure the date range covers the timeframe when the order was shipped, then click Go.
4Click on the matching order to view the Cahoot Order ID.
