Adding External Shipping Labels to Orders
The Manual Label feature allows you to add external shipping labels to existing sales orders in Cahoot. Use this when you've already created a shipping label outside of Cahoot (such as through a carrier's website or third-party service) and need to record that tracking information to mark the order as shipped.
Note: This feature is for existing orders only. If you need to create a brand new order in Cahoot that doesn't already exist in Cahoot, use the Manual Order Import instead.
When to Use Manual Labels:
- You created a label through the carrier's website due to special requirements
- You need to use a third-party shipping service label
- An order issue requires label creation outside the Cahoot platform
- You have an external label and need to update the order's tracking information
