Updating the Cahoot Only Fulfilled Setting
The Cahoot Only Fulfilled product-level setting is specifically designed for sellers who want Cahoot to handle ALL fulfillment for specific SKUs that are available both at Cahoot and the seller's location. This setting allows you to pause fulfillment from your own location and have Cahoot fulfill all orders, regardless of which ship-from location would be more cost-effective. This is particularly useful when you're running low on stock or want to temporarily pause fulfillment from your own warehouse.
Note: Remember to maintain this settings for all your Cahoot SKUs that are available across the Cahoot network. If Cahoot runs out of stock at all locations, all orders for that SKU will default to No Match Found status, requiring you to handle shipping regardless of this setting's configuration.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to Products > All Products.
2. Search for the SKU you want to update and click Edit.
3. On the product editor, manage your fulfillment preferences using the Cahoot Only Fulfilled checkbox:
✓ Checked: Orders will ship exclusively from Cahoot warehouses (Match Confirmed) for the SKUs available in the Cahoot network. Enable this setting to pause fulfillment from your own location.
✗ Unchecked (Default): Orders will ship from either Cahoot (Match Confirmed) or your location (No Match Found), based on the lowest shipping cost. Uncheck setting if you want the system to consider your own location when assigning orders.
3. After updating the Cahoot Only Fulfilled setting, go to the Your Inventory with Partners grid to verify the Cahoot SKU(s) are now set to Cahoot Only Fulfilled.
