Resetting Cahoot Login Credentials (Password or Email)

Learn how to reset your Cahoot login credentials: 

Creating Your Password

1. During the onboarding process, Cahoot will create your account using the email provided in the get started form. To access your Cahoot account, click here and then follow the instructions when prompted to create your password. 

Change or Reset a Password

1. To change an existing known password, click the Change Password link from the top menu:

2. Follow the minimum password requirements listed beneath the New password field.

• Use 12 or more characters (case sensitive). Longer passwords are more secure.
• Use a mix of upper case and lower case letters, numbers & symbols. At least one of each is required.

Forgot Password

1. To reset an unknown password, click the Forgot Password link from the Login Page. 

2. Enter the email used to log into your Cahoot account to get a reset password link sent to that email address (make sure you have inbox access to that email address).

3. Follow the minimum password requirements and click Reset. 

• Use 12 or more characters (case sensitive). Longer passwords are more secure.
• Use a mix of upper case and lower case letters, numbers & symbols. At least one of each is required.

Change Login Email

1. Simply Create a Support Ticket with the change request.
