Resetting Cahoot Login Credentials (Password or Email)
Use these instructions to create your initial Cahoot password, reset a forgotten password, or request a login email change. Follow the section that matches the credential issue you need to resolve.
Change a Known Password
1To change an existing password that you already know, click Change Password from the top menu.
2Follow the password requirements listed beneath the New password field.
- Use 12 or more characters (case sensitive). Longer passwords are more secure.
- Use a mix of upper case and lower case letters, numbers & symbols. At least one of each is required.
Reset a Forgotten Password
1To reset an unknown password, click the Forgot Password link from the login page.
2Enter the email used to log in to your Cahoot account so a reset link can be sent to that inbox.
3Follow the password requirements below, then click Reset.

Change Your Login Email
For the Primary Account Login: Create a support ticket with your email change request.
For Additional Users: Login as the primary account and edit the users email from the Users & Roles page.
