Performance Violations and Resolutions Policy – Cahoot

Cahoot identifies and tracks performance violations and fulfillment errors (order defects) and uses the following guidelines to Make it Right.

Code	Performance Violation	Cahoot Resolution
001	Seller shipped an order assigned to a CFP	Customer receives a double shipment, inventory is deducted from CFP location, and fulfillment counts as payable.
002	Late Shipment	The fulfillment will not be counted as payable and the CFP will be invoiced for an expedited shipping label (if required) to ensure on-time delivery. Lower Cahoot Rating
003 004	Inventory damaged before shipping Order missing contents	The fulfillment will not be counted as payable and the CFP will be billed the full retail price of the item(s) + shipping cost. Lower Cahoot Rating
005 006	Shipped wrong item, size, or quantity Late Delivery results in a returned order	The fulfillment will not be counted as payable and the CFP will be billed the full retail price of the item(s) + shipping cost. Lower Cahoot Rating
007	Incorrect packaging used	CFP will be billed the replacement cost of the shorted quantities + any increased shipping label cost (if applicable).
008	Inventory is lost, misplaced, or damaged by no fault of Cahoot or the Seller	CFP will be billed the full retail price of the item(s).
009	Order not scan verified	The fulfillment will not be counted as payable. Lower Cahoot Rating
010	Cahoot End of Day Form not scanned	Lower Cahoot Rating
011	Inbound Shipment not received and ready for fulfillment on time	Inventory allocation may be throttled or existing inventory may be removed.
012	Repeated performance violations	Suspension or removal from the Cahoot network. CFP payments for fulfillment services rendered may be subject to adjustment or forfeiture.
