Performance Metrics

Ship On Time Late Shipment Rate: < 1%
  Shipment Cancellation Rate: < 0.5%
Ship Accurately Shipment Defect Rate: < 1%

 

Communication

Notify Cahoot Support about any issues with orders and/or inventory immediately, not limited to loss, spoilage, theft, or damage. CFPs are held accountable for improper storage or improper handling of inventory that results in spoilage, theft, delays, loss or damages.
