Connect an Etsy Store
To connect your Etsy account, create an Etsy Developer App to retrieve your credentials, then submit them using the Etsy Integration Form below. Cahoot Support will let you know when the configuration is complete.
The following information is required:
- Etsy Auth Token
- App ID
- User Token
Steps to Create Your Etsy App and Retrieve Your App ID
1Log in to the Etsy Developer Site and click Create a new app.
2Fill in the App overview (Name and Description).
3Fill in the App Details using the settings below:
- Type of Application: Select Buyer Tools and Seller Tools
- Users: Select The general public
- Commercial?: Select No
- What will App do?: Select Upload or edit listings and Read sales data
4Click Create the app. Copy the API Key (Keystring) and API Secret (Shared Secret) into the Etsy Integration Form and click Submit.
Configuring Callback URLs
Navigate to Manage your apps > select Cahoot app > Edit "Your callback URLs" > Add callback URL.
Gaining Your Access Token
Under Shop Settings, click Grant Access.
Notify Cahoot Support when your form is submitted so we can begin processing your request. You will receive confirmation when the configuration is complete and your Cahoot account is ready to process Etsy orders.
