Connect an Adobe Commerce (Magento) Store

To connect your Adobe Commerce (Magento) account, submit your Magento API Credentials using the Magento Integration Form below. Cahoot Support will let you know when the configuration is complete.

Steps to Retrieve Your Magento API Credentials

1Log in to Admin and click System > Extensions > Integrations to display the Integrations page.

2Click Add New Integration to display the New Integration page.

3Enter Cahoot in the Name field. Enter your Admin Password in the Your Password field. Leave all other fields blank.

4Click the API tab. Select the Magento resources the integration can access. Select all resources.

5Click Save to save your changes and return to the Integrations page.

6Click the Activate link in the grid that corresponds to the newly created integration.

7Click Allow. A dialog will appear with the required credentials.

8Copy and paste the credentials into the Magento Integration Form.

9Notify Cahoot Support when your form is submitted — we don't receive automatic notifications. You will receive confirmation when the configuration is complete and your Cahoot account is ready to process Magento orders. Note that Cahoot will continue to import Amazon orders directly from Amazon if that channel is enabled in your account.
