Inventory Receiving Process - For Sellers

 

Once your inventory has been shipped to your Fulfillment Partner's warehouse, you are required to provide the Date Shipped and Tracking Numbers on your Advanced Shipping Notice. Your Fulfillment Partner is responsible for receiving your products and updating inventory in the Cahoot system to be available for your sales channels. The quantity and quality of the products are verified by the Fulfillment Partner, and any damage in transit or non-compliant shipments are reported within 3-business days of receipt of your inbound shipment.

When your inventory is ready to be used to fulfill your orders, you will be notified through the Advanced Shipping Notice in the final Step 4 of the Inbound Shipment Process.
