Connect an eBay Store
To connect your eBay account to Cahoot, submit your login credentials for both your eBay Production account and eBay Developer account using the form below. Cahoot will handle all technical API configuration on your behalf.
Important: You must have both an eBay Production account (your seller account) and an eBay Developer account. If you don't have a Developer account yet, register for one here before proceeding.
The following information is required:
- eBay Production User ID (your eBay seller account username)
- eBay Production Password (your eBay seller account password)
- eBay Developer User ID (from developer.ebay.com)
- eBay Developer Password (your eBay Developer account password)
Security Note: Cahoot uses these credentials to configure API access and OAuth tokens on your behalf. Your login information is handled securely and used solely for integration setup.
Submitting Your Integration Request
1Complete the eBay Integration Form with all required credentials.
2Review and accept the Cahoot Terms of Use.
3Click Submit to send your integration request.
4Notify Cahoot Support after submitting your form so we can begin processing your request immediately.
You will receive confirmation from Cahoot Support when the eBay integration is complete and your account is ready to import orders from eBay.
