If you receive a customer claim for a lost or damaged shipment that was shipped by your Cahoot partner, you can submit a claim report to Cahoot for further investigation. Cahoot Support will let you know when your reimbursement request has been approved.
1. Go to Cahoot Claim Report.
2. Attach a proof of expense that is related to the claimed order.
3. Cahoot will let you know once your claim has been approved.
