Getting Started Checklist

After joining the Cahoot Network as a fulfillment partner (a.k.a. "Shipper"), use the checklist below to review the expectations as well as your role and responsibilities as a Shipper. Let the Support team know if you have any questions or issues (see below).

Inventory Receipt

     Condition on your Advance
     Shipping Notice within 24 hours

  • You will receive advance notification of inbound shipments including SKUs and storage requirements (if any). 
  • All inventory will be properly prepared by Sellers following industry best practices unless otherwise arranged with Shippers in advance.
  • All inventory must be stored and treated as if it is your own.
  • Example Advance Shipping Notice.

  • Cahoot requires commitment to the fulfillment expectations from every shipping partner at the very highest levels of the organization.
  • Orders must be shipped on time.
  • Orders must be shipped accurately.

  • Note: Sellers are responsible for fixing order errors such as invalid shipping addresses

  • Provide recounts as frequently as every 3 weeks, and respond to requests within 2 business days.
  • Respond to removal requests within 2 business days.
