Quick Start Checklist

 

After you sign up and connect your channels to Cahoot, follow the the Checklist below to complete your configuration and learn how to start using Cahoot today. The advanced topics are optional, but are intended to better support your fulfillment operations. Let the Cahoot Support Team know if you have any questions or issues (see below).

Note: Cahoot is certified for the Chrome browser only. It may work on others, but it's not certified to do so.

Account Setup

a. Confirm Contact Information and Warehouse Address

  • Cahoot Support configures this for you at sign-up. Please contact Support to make any changes.

Step 2

Account Configuration

a. Connect Your Carriers
b. Configure Carrier Services
c. Define Carrier Pickup Times
d. Define Your Working Hours

  • Cahoot will automatically create shipping labels based on your configuration, so accuracy of the information entered is critical for successful use of the Cahoot Shipping Solution.

Step 3

Printer Setup

a. Print Test Shipping Labels

  • Let Support know if you're having trouble printing in a Chrome browser window.

Step 4

Ship Orders

a. Add Package Data
b. Printing Shipping Labels
b. Create Manual Shipping Labels
c. Create Labels for Multi-Qty/Line Orders

  • Cahoot requires accurate data to create shipping labels automatically. Please review some of the reasons why auto-labels fail and what to do about it.
