Fulfillment Cut Off Times & Holidays
Think of your fulfillment cutoff times (Same Day Handling Cut Off Times) as the time after which you will not commit to fulfilling an order that same day. Cahoot will auto-create your shipping labels based on this setting, after which, shipping labels for new orders will be assigned for auto-creation the next shipping day. Thus, it is very important that your cutoff times are correctly entered into Cahoot.
Equally important are your warehouse holidays, that is, the days your warehouse is closed or otherwise cannot commit to fulfilling orders.
In this article, we will go over the steps for configuring your Same Day Handling Cut Off Times and your Warehouse Holidays.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to your Account Settings.
2. Click Same Day Handling Cutoffs tab.
3. Enter cut off time for each of your working days in PST/PDT.
Note: The system can take up to 45 minutes to automatically create shipping labels and make them available on the bulk print page; please take this into account.
4. Enter the dates that your warehouse will be closed in both the Holidays (Warehouse Closed) and Holidays for Warehouse Exchange Orders sections of the page. Dates must be entered into both fields. Shipping labels will not be created automatically on these dates, AND you will not be held responsible for shipping Warehouse Exchange Orders on these dates, as long as you entered the dates prior to orders being assigned to your warehouse for fulfillment, so please plan ahead.
