Code of Conduct

This article provides a review of the Code of Conduct for fulfillment partners (a.k.a. "Shippers"). The Code of Conduct includes performance metrics, quality expectations, and communication requirements.

Shipper's Performance Metrics

Ship On Time Late Shipment Rate: < 1%
  Shipment Cancellation Rate: < 0.5%
Ship Accurately Shipment Defect Rate: < 1%

 

Communication

Notify Cahoot Support about any issues with Partner orders and/or inventory immediately, not limited to loss, spoilage, theft, or damage. You will be held accountable for improper storage or improper handling of inventory in your possession that results in spoilage, theft, delays, loss or damages.
