Once you've created labels for your shipments, we are required to update your tacking numbers into your Order Management System. It is important to remember that Cahoot automatically updates your Amazon account when you print shipping labels. However, if you're using an Order Management System that is not integrated with Cahoot, you have to make sure that your system updates shipment information on the same day. This article will show you how to export shipment information out of Cahoot to enable you to update your system manually.

Step by Step Guide
1. Click the Download Tracking Numbers under Reports tab from the admin panel.
2. Specify Date Range and Order Status, then click Go
3. Click Excel Icon to download the file.
4. Update into any Order Management System manually on the same day.
