Connect a BigCommerce Store

To connect your BigCommerce account, start by installing the Cahoot app from the BigCommerce App Store, then submit your BigCommerce Store Hash using the BigCommerce Integration Form.

Steps to Connect Your BigCommerce Store

1Log in to your BigCommerce account with the owner login and install the Cahoot App from the BigCommerce App Store. Make sure to click Confirm to complete the installation.

2Fill out the BigCommerce Integration Form to submit your unique Store Hash (found in the Installation Instructions section on the right side of the success page immediately after the app is installed).

3Notify Cahoot Support when your form is submitted — we don't receive automatic notifications. You will receive confirmation when the configuration is complete and your Cahoot account is ready to process BigCommerce orders. Note that Cahoot will continue to import Amazon orders directly from Amazon if that channel is enabled in your account.
