Every order is evaluated for Auto-Label Creation when it's imported into Cahoot. If the feature is turned on and the order passes the rules in place, it's automatically sent to the Auto-Label Queue and labels are created automatically (no human will process them). If there is any issue with the order or it does not pass one or more of the rules, it's put into Manual Review to prevent creating a bad label for an order. Once the order is reviewed and corrected, the order can be put into the Auto-Label Queue manually.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to Print and Ship My Orders.

2. Select the order(s) in question by using the checkbox(es). Then click Add to Auto-Label Queue in the Other Options dropdown. The orders will be added to the automatic label creation queue, which will auto-create your labels.

Note: It can take up to 15 minutes for rates to be calculated for all carriers and services and then shipping labels created using the best service, though in practice it's typically much faster than that.

3. Orders with a Manual Review Tag cannot go to Auto-Label Queue directly.

4. Orders with a warning sign cannot go to Auto-Label Queue directly.

5. Before you can add these orders to the Auto-Label Queue, they must be fixed on their respective Sales Order pages.

6. After fixing the order you can add it to the Auto-Label Queue directly from the Sales Order page by selecting Add to Auto-Label Queue in the Create Shipping Label dropdown.
