Package Manager Data is a crucial SKU-level setting that determines how your products are shipped. For each SKU, you'll specify the appropriate box or mailer size that will be used to create accurate shipping labels. This one-time configuration per SKU ensures consistent packaging for:

• Orders Shipping through the Cahoot's fulfillment network
• Self-fulfilled orders using Cahoot's Automated Shipping Label Solution

Add Package Manager Data from Dashboard

1. Go to your Cahoot dashboard to find SKUs Missing Package Data. 

2. Click Add Data for a SKU missing package data

3. Select My Packaging drop down to choose the Box or Mailer used to ship the item. Enter the total weight of the package then fill out the other settings (as needed). Learn more.

4. From the top navigation go to Products > All Products.

5. Find or filter for SKUs with red warning signs and click Add Package Data. 

6. You can also do this directly from the Add Package Data screen. Click Add New to add new package values to the My Packaging dropdown.
