Manual Shipping Label Creation
Users will need to create shipping labels manually if they are not using the Auto-Label Creation feature or if an order fails Auto-Label or is put into Manual Review for some reason (e.g. invalid address, missing Package Data, etc.).

Add Missing Package Data
1. Go to the Cahoot dashboard and find the section called SKUs Missing Package Data. This will show you all of the items with missing Package Data. Simply click Add Data under the Package Data column.
2. Add the dimensions and weight in the Add Package Data window and Save or Save & Add Next to display the next SKU Missing Package Data in the same window (without closing). This step adds all orders containing the same SKUs and quantities to the Auto-Label Queue.
Other Errors
When Auto-Label generation failed for other reasons, (e.g. Invalid Customer Address), you can fix the address which will automatically reset the order and send it to the Auto-Label Queue, or create the shipping label manually.
1. Go to the Sales Order page that requires review and click the Create Shipping Label button in the upper right corner.
2. You can fix customer address errors directly from the Create Label page and create the label manually, or Bypass Address Verification and force Cahoot to create the shipping label as-is (USPS only).
