Order Tags
Cahoot will automatically add "Order Tags" to orders to update their status making it easier for you to find out more about the order. Order Tags can also be used to easily filter, sort and/or otherwise search for orders of interest.

Order is marked as Shipped in Amazon (but not in Cahoot). These orders are automatically detected by Cahoot and Excluded. |

Order is marked as Shipped in Amazon, and a user tried generating a Cahoot shipping label before Cahoot added the “Shipped in Amazon Seller Central” Order Tag to the order. |

Amazon failed to generate a shipping label through Buy Shipping Services. Cahoot will automatically try several times, after which the label will fail and needs to be generated manually. |
| Cahoot Suggested Service is not Available from Amazon |
The best shipping service was missing from Amazon Buy Shipping when Cahoot attempted to generate a shipping label. |
| Invalid Customer Address |
Customer address is invalid for one or more reasons so a shipping label cannot be created automatically by Cahoot. Address needs to be fixed and shipping label generated manually. |
| Invalid Package Dimension or Weight |
Package dimensions and/or weight are invalid or missing altogether so a shipping label cannot be created automatically by Cahoot. Package dimension/weight needs to be updated and shipping label generated manually. |

Cahoot has attempted to find the order and put it ON HOLD in ShipStation, but could not find it. This typically happens when Cahoot imported the order from Amazon directly before ShipStation did. Cahoot imports orders every 15 minutes while ShipStation imports orders on a non-published schedule which could be hours between imports. This can be corrected by manually updating stores in ShipStation. |
