Excluding Orders
Excluding Seller-fulfilled orders in Cahoot is akin to cancelling and/or archiving the orders. Cahoot will automatically exclude orders that are detected as cancelled in the channel/marketplace as long as 1) a shipping label hasn't already been created for it, and 2) the order hasn't entered the fulfillment workflow (e.g. added to a Pick List, Label Batch, etc.).

- Learn how to Change the Ship By Date so backordered SKUs ship on a future date.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Find the order in Cahoot (e.g. search on the All Orders, Received, Processing, or Shipping Label Ready pages, find on the Print and Ship My Orders page, etc.).
2. On the Sales Order page, select Exclude Order from the Create Shipping Label dropdown.
Note: If the order is in Label Ready status, you will first have to void the shipping label for the Exclude Orders option to display in the dropdown.
3. Enter the reason for Exclusion and click Confirm.
Note: When you Exclude an Order it will NOT ship with a Cahoot shipping label. Please make sure to manage the Order outside of Cahoot accordingly, if needed. Currently, Cahoot does not support the ability to bulk Exclude Orders.
