Using ShipStation with Cahoot
Warehouse Exchange Orders must be shipped with a Cahoot shipping label so it is important that they are not accidentally shipped from ShipStation or it could lead to double-shipping. Our robust integration with ShipStation has been built to hide Warehouse Exchange "eligible" orders from ShipStation to prevent such an occurrence. This article will explain how it works.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Select any order (using the checkbox) in ShipStation and click the Tag > Manage Tags.
2. Enter Cahoot as the tag name and select any color you want (preferably green).
3. Once your ShipStation account is connected to Cahoot, (learn how to connect your ShipStation account here), Cahoot will automatically put eligible orders in the On Hold status in ShipStation. Eligible orders are those that may be assigned to a Cahoot partner for fulfillment based on customer location, inventory availability in the network, etc.
4. Eligible orders that are fulfilled by Cahoot partners are automatically marked as Shipped in ShipStation. Eligible orders that are not assigned to Cahoot partners for fulfillment are released from On Hold status to enable your team to ship those orders on time.
