Warehouse Exchange Products must be configured and mapped correctly so that orders can be optimized in Cahoot. This article explains how to confirm the accuracy of all of your products.
1. Navigate to Products > All Products.
2. Click View in the Action column and then click the Cahoot Identifier Number for each ASIN and confirm they are showing the correct product details, including ASIN, Size, Weight, Dimensions, Manufacturer, etc.
3. Confirm each product is mapped to the correct Master Product ID and ensure that the package manager data is NOT missing. The above information is required during the Warehouse Exchange mapping process.
4. Verify that your products are Open for Optimization by reaching out to your Account Manager. You will need to provide a list to your Account Manager of ALL SKU values you wish to be apart of the Warehouse Exchange Program.
