Warehouse Exchange Products must be configured and mapped correctly so that orders can be correctly assigned to Fulfillment Partners. This article explains how to confirm the accuracy of all of your products data.
1. Navigate to Products > All Products.
2. Click View in the Action column and then click the Cahoot Identifier Number for each SKU and confirm they are showing the correct product details, including ASIN, Package Weight, Dimensions, Size, etc.
3. Confirm each product is mapped to the correct Cahoot Master Product ID and ensure that the package manager data is NOT missing. The above information is required during the Warehouse Exchange mapping process.
4. Verify that your products are Open for Optimization by reaching out to the Cahoot Success Team. You will need to provide a list of ALL SKUs you wish to be a part of the Warehouse Exchange Program and request an inbound shipment approval for your inventory.
