Adding "Cahoot" as a new user in FedEx is important for testing purposes and for minimizing any possible issues after launch. We ask you to invite "Cahoot Support" as an additional user to your FedEx account so that we can easily investigate, monitor, and/or fix any issues related to FedEx.
1. Login to your FedEx Account and click Create a Shipment.
2. Click Administration.
3. Create a new user by clicking Create new under Company Summary in the 'Users' section.
4. Fill out the User Information as shown in the example below. Check the Invite user box, Select the Administrator role, Add Account(s), and click Save.
5. The new user will get an email with a link to accept the invitation. We will then fill out the rest of the required new user information (User ID, Password, and Contact information only).
