Labels Not Showing on Print and Ship My Order Page

 

If you notice a discrepancy between the number of labels ready to print and the number of orders displayed on the Print and Ship My Orders page, this usually means there are Label Ready orders with past or future ship-by dates. By default, the Print and Ship page only displays labels with today's ship-by date.

 

Follow these steps if the expected Label Ready orders are not visible on your Print and Ship My Orders page.

 

Step-by-Step Guide

 

1. Navigate to the Print and Ship My Orders page.

 

2. Check the current filter settings on the Print and Ship My Orders page. The default view will display orders with todays ship-by date (Today + Last 7 Days). 

 

 

3. Adjust the Ship By filter to (Today + Next 7 Days) using the drop down. After adjusting the filter, all relevant orders will appear in the grid. 

  • Today
  • Today + Last 7 Days
  • Today + Past Days
  • Tomorrow
  • Day After Tomorrow
  • Next Business Day
  • Next 7 Days
  • Today + Next 7 Days

 

 

4. Proceed with printing labels as normal using your standard workflow. 

  • Print Packing Slips and Shipping Labels in Bulk
  • Using Barcode Scan Verification 

 

  

Note: The Dashboard count and Pending to Print section includes all Label Ready orders regardless of ship-by date. Consider refreshing your dashboard periodically to ensure all labels get printed on-time.
