GeekSeller is a multichannel order management platform for eCommerce merchants that integrates with Cahoot. Step-by-Step Guide

 

1. Login to your GeekSeller account (the account that is integrated with Cahoot). 

2. Navigate to the Contact page to open a support case directly with GeekSeller. Provide order details and error messages to GeekSeller support.
