Reprinting Shipping Labels with Scan Verification
If you encounter any issues printing the Shipping Label after Barcode Scan Verification, here are the steps to resolve the issue.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Reload the Scan to Verify and Print page, then re-scan or enter the Order ID.
2. You will receive a message saying Order was Verified and you can "Click here" to reprint the shipping label.
3. Uncheck the "Do not re-print label" setting.
4. Click "Mark as Verified and Print" to reprint the shipping label.
Reprint Shipping Labels in Bulk
Follow these steps to reprint multiple shipping labels at once. This method will only work for orders in the "Shipped" status.
1. Navigate to the Shipped Orders grid.
2. Search for the orders in question and select the checkbox next to each order. Click Reprint Packing Slip & Shipping Label button.
