Reprinting Shipping Labels with Scan Verification
If you encounter any issues printing the Shipping Label after Barcode Scan Verification, here are the steps to resolve the issue.
Important: Barcode scan verification is required to print shipping labels. Learn more about scan verification.
Step-by-Step Guide
1Reload the Scan to Verify and Print page, then re-scan or enter the Order ID.
2You will receive a message saying Order was Verified and you can "Click here" to reprint the shipping label.
Note: You may need to re-Barcode Scan Verify the products again before being able to access the shipping label.
3Uncheck the "Do not re-print label" setting.
4Click "Mark as Verified and Print" to reprint the shipping label.
Reprint Shipping Labels in Bulk
Follow these steps to reprint multiple shipping labels at once. This method will only work for orders in the "Shipped" status.
1Navigate to the Shipped Orders grid.
2Search for the orders in question and select the checkbox next to each order. Click Reprint Packing Slip & Shipping Label button.
