FedEx One Rate is a flat-rate shipping option that offers predictable pricing and no hidden fees. Rates vary based on the Local, Regional, or National Zone. You can use the FedEx One Rate calculator to calculate which flat rate applies to your shipment.

Note: To qualify for FedEx One Rate, packages must:

  • Weigh 50 lbs or less for FedEx paks, boxes, and tubes
  • Weigh 10 lbs or less for FedEx envelopes


Follow the steps below to configure One Rate in Cahoot.   

 

Step-by-Step Guide

 

1. First, submit your FedEx Credentials. Follow steps to Connect FedEx.

 

2. Next, configure FedEx Packaging for each SKU in the Package Manager. 

Important: FedEx One Rate services will NOT be returned in Cahoot if the FedEx Packaging is not configured in the Package Manager.

 

  • Navigate to [Products > All Products].



  • Search for a SKU and click [Edit Package Data].




  • Select one of the FedEx Packaging options in the drop down and click Save.

 

 

 

Flat rate boxes, envelopes, paks and tubes.

Any FedEx One Rate Envelope measuring more than 3 inches along its shortest side or any FedEx One Rate Pak measuring more than 5 inches along its shortest side, as determined by FedEx, will be rated as a FedEx One Rate box based on the package's overall cubic volume.

**Additional services like Saturday Delivery and FedEx® Delivery Signature Options are available for additional fees.
