Configure FedEx OneRate
FedEx One Rate is a flat-rate shipping option for eligible FedEx envelopes, paks, tubes, and boxes. Use this guide to confirm your account is ready for One Rate and configure the correct FedEx packaging on each SKU in Cahoot.
To qualify for FedEx One Rate, packages must:
- Weigh 50 lbs or less for FedEx paks, boxes, and tubes
- Weigh 10 lbs or less for FedEx envelopes

Prepare Your FedEx Account
Before One Rate services can appear in Cahoot, your FedEx account must already be connected with the required FedEx credentials.
1Complete the setup steps in Connect FedEx if your FedEx account has not been configured yet.
2Wait for Cahoot Support to confirm that your FedEx carrier connection is active before you begin assigning One Rate packaging.
Assign FedEx Packaging to Each SKU
1Navigate to Products > All Products.
2Search for the SKU you want to configure and click Edit Package Data.
3Select the appropriate FedEx Packaging option from the dropdown, then click Save.
Choose the Correct One Rate Package
Use the FedEx packaging options below as a reference when selecting the package type for each SKU.
Any FedEx One Rate Envelope measuring more than 3 inches along its shortest side, or any FedEx One Rate Pak measuring more than 5 inches along its shortest side, as determined by FedEx, will be rated as a FedEx One Rate box based on the package's overall cubic volume.
