Damaged Item Found during Fulfillment Operations
Follow the steps below if you find a damaged item during daily fulfillment operations.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Take Picture: Take a picture of the damaged item.
2. Bin Location: Place all damaged items together in the same bin location so they are not co-mingled with good inventory.
3. Notify Cahoot: Submit a Support Ticket and include the SKU Name, Barcode, Picture and Bin Location.
Note: All Damages should be put to the side until further notice.
