What does "Carrier Label Error Encountered" mean?
There are different reasons an order may receive the tag Carrier Label Error Encountered. Most of the time this error indicates an issue with the customer's address. By simply correcting the address, the issue will resolve itself and you can create the label manually.
Common Examples:

Error Message: Weight of Items on Customs Declaration cannot be larger than the Parcel Weight
The total package weight must be equal to or greater than the totals of the customs weight values. Sum the weights of items and confirm its not larger than the weight being used to create the label.

Error Message: "The purchase request parameters are invalid, please call with the correct parameters or make another call to check eligible options"
This error indicates an issue with Amazon Buy Shipping. Please open a case with Amazon to learn more.
- Error Message: 120203 - Invalid ShipTo AddressLine2.
The maximum number of characters allowed in address field 2 is 35. Update address line 2 and create the label. -
Error Message: "Dynamic validation failed. postalcode - postal code format should be as follows: nnnnn or nnnnn-nnnn."
This error will occur when an order has an invalid address due to the Zip Code field. To fix this issue, update & validate the the address and reset the order.

Error Message: "121210 - The selected service is not available from the origin to the destination."
Please check together with your UPS account manager whether your contract provide for shipments to the destination of the order.
