Reconfirm Orders were Handed to Carrier
If Cahoot does NOT receive a Carrier Origin Scan the next business day, you will be redirected to the Reconfirm Orders page to confirm the orders were handed to the carrier.
In most cases, Carriers will have their Origin Scans completed by the morning of the next business day, so when there is no Pickup Scan event, Cahoot wants to confirm everything went well handing packages over to the Carrier.
Reconfirming Orders
When you log into Cahoot, you will be redirected to the Reconfirm Orders page where Cahoot will list orders (UPS, FedEx, Amazon Prime & Premium) that are missing Carrier Origin Scans from the last three business days.
1. Review each order shown on the Reconfirm Orders page that is missing a Carrier Origin Scan.
2. Select Yes or No from the "Handed to Carrier?" dropdown to confirm it was handed to the carrier or not.
3. If you did not hand over an order to the carrier, fill in the Reason as well. Include any additional details letting us know why.
Click Auto-fill the same for all packages in the top right if the same applies to every order.
Note: Once you click Save, it will not appear again. However, if there are still orders missing Carrier Origin Scans that you haven't confirmed, the Reconfirmed Orders page will appear again in two hours.
