Finding Your Cahoot Order ID


To ensure fast support resolution for order-related issues, you'll need to provide your Cahoot Order ID when submitting a ticket. This unique identifier helps our support team quickly locate and address your specific order concerns. Follow the steps below to easily find your Cahoot Order ID in the system. 

 

Note: For orders that haven't imported into Cahoot, please include the Sales Channel Order number and relevant screenshots when submitting a support ticket.  

 

Step-by-Step Guide

 

Quick Access Method: Finding the Cahoot Order ID using the Marketplace Order ID

 

1. Copy this URL into your browser. 

https://app.letscahoot.net/salesordersearch/salesorder?marketplaceorderid=

 

2. Paste your Sales Channel Order ID directly after the = sign. Example: https://app.letscahoot.net/salesordersearch/salesorder?marketplaceorderid=112-1234567-7485051

 

3. Include the Cahoot Order ID when submitting a Support ticket.

All Orders Report

 

1. Navigate to Orders > All Orders.

2. Paste your Sales Channel Order ID into the Top Filter and click Go.
