Exporting Sales Order and Shipment Data

 

Export all Sales Order and Shipment data, including tracking numbers and shipment status, using the Orders Report.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Login to your Cahoot account and click Reports > Orders Report.

 

2. Specify the Date Range, Channel, and Order Status, then click Download.

You can generate this report for a maximum of 3 months at a time.

 

Note: You can filter by different Order Statuses so that your orders can be exported in groups, such as Shipped, Shipping Label Ready, In Transit, etc. You can also filter by Sales Channel to export data from a customized group of Channels. If you leave Channel and Order Status blank, all orders will be included by default.
