Creating Return Labels and Direct Shipment Labels
Use Direct Shipments to create shipping labels for customer returns or standalone shipments not connected to existing sales orders. This module is essential for handling return requests and creating replacement shipments.

2Click the Create Return Label button at the top of the page.
3Review the pre-populated addresses:
- Ship From: Customer's address (where item is being returned from)
- Ship To: Your warehouse or Cahoot fulfillment partner address
4Edit addresses if needed using the Add Address or Edit Address buttons.
5Review the Items section and adjust quantities if needed. You can also add additional SKUs if the customer received extra items.
6Enter package information, then click Get Rates to see available shipping services.
7Select your preferred carrier service from the rates table.
8Click Create Shipping Label to generate the return label.
9Print the return label and send it to your customer so they can ship the item back.
