Adding Users to Zentail
Follow the steps below to invite a Cahoot user to your Zentail account, allowing our support team to assist with configuration and troubleshooting.
Steps to Add a Cahoot User to Zentail
1Navigate to the Active Users page (Account > Settings > Company User Management > Active Users).
2Enter the Cahoot authorized user info — First Name: Cahoot, Last Name: Support. Use the email address provided by your Onboarding Specialist. Then click Create.
3Under Manage Users, set the user permissions for Cahoot Support using the checkboxes under the Cahoot Support user dropdown.
4Click Update Users.
