Below are the steps for inviting a Cahoot user to Zentail:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Active Users page (Account > Settings > Company User Management > Active Users).

2. Enter the Cahoot authorized user info (First Name = Cahoot, Last Name = Support. Input the email address provided by your Onboarding Specialist) > click Create.

3. Under Manage Users, set the user permissions for Cahoot Support using the checkboxes under the Cahoot Support user drop-down. 

4. Click Update Users.
