How to Manually Remove Orders from Cahoot fulfillment
Occasionally you’ll have an order you need to put on fulfillment-hold or remove entirely from Cahoot fulfillment. This could be related to late cancellations, payment fraud risk, you may be waiting on further instructions from the customer, or for any other reason.
Cahoot provides an easy way to exclude and remove orders from its fulfillment queue as long as Cahoot hasn’t started processing that order, which typically starts with the warehouse inventory-picking process. Once Cahoot has started processing an order, that order can no longer be removed from Cahoot Fulfillment. Therefore, it’s advised that if you wish to remove an order fulfillment, you do so as soon as you know. Because Cahoot operates a large network of warehouses in different time zones and operating schedules, it’s best to exclude the order at least the day before it’s supposed to ship.

1. First, click into the order you want to put on hold.
2. On the Order details page, under Actions in the upper right, we have the ability to Remove Order. If you don't see the Remove Order button, this order is no longer eligible for Removal; once Cahoot begins fulfillment, this button will no longer be available.
3. Click the Remove Order button
4. On the popup confirmation, enter a reason why this Order is being removed, and Confirm.
This moves the order into No Match Found status and Cahoot will no longer fulfill this order.
5. In the upper right corner, click Exclude Order
6. On the popup confirmation, enter a reason why this Order is being Excluded, and Confirm.
7. Ensure you notify the customer regarding changes to this Order, since Cahoot does not send such notifications.
Step-by-Step Guide - Putting Fulfillments On-Hold Temporarily
1. First, click into the order you want to put on hold.

7. Once you have reviewed and updated the Latest Deliver By Date, click Reset Order.
